PWM 5063 - A security violation has occurred. Please try again later. #647

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login via CAS
2. CAS redirect my user to /pwm/private/SetupResponses
3. Wait 300 seconds (My maximum session duration time in security config is 300 
seconds)
4. Save challenges responses.

What is the expected output? 

I expect that PWM will redirect the user to the logout URL (My CAS logout URL).

What do you see instead?

I see the error PWM 5063 - A security violation has occurred. Please try again 
later.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Microsoft Active Directory
