What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Users authenticates to PWN
2.Users are able to change password

What would you see instead?
I would like to force a challenge before a user is able to change a password.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory
