Navigate to next and previous months #2

Provide "next" and "previous" navigation controls
"next" shows the month after the currently displayed month
'previous" shows the month before the currently displayed month
Month and year above calendar should update to reflect the new month
Month grid should update with the new arrangement of days for the month

I've decided to abandon the Ember.js implementation. I find Ember a bit too difficult to get my head around.
