This PR splits off the logger classes into a own library.
It's actually an extract of what is in the RepoMan. This code seems to be ready to go to development, so I'll upmerge it as soon as I can rebase the repoman branch on top of it (There had been a few commits that I had to split, so there's a bit of trouble ahead).
After all, this change is relatively unrelated to the repoman and as I want this library to become a home for the Activity classes (which I still haven't designed, actually - they're next on my list now for a few days already), it seems to be a good idea to get this into the development branch.
So, I could do the same with the Activity classes and they could then be used as soon as they're available in development.
