Yes, this is a good idea.
Maybe a small "how to contribute" article would help?
Should go into a CONTRIBUTING.md or similar named file (Don't know the right name out of the top of my head, but GH has special handling for a file that will be referenced when creating a PR).
For the v0.1 milestone overview we could put some link to the issue #4 and just write some short story about the main goals for this (yeah I know we need to figure them out :smile::question:).
I really start to prefer to have a red mine instance collecting all of these. Let's wait a few weeks for things to settle a bit here in UK (i.e. wrt. to the mail that I sent you some days ago). As time passes, things will improve and my new company will provide better infrastructure again, soon. For the time being, let us not invest useless time into trying to adjust GH to our needs :-)
So, just as for your information: I have good reasons to push MGV fast, now. And I'll do my best for that... But I'm not sure whether I should talk publicly about that stuff. However, life sometimes seems to know only the extremes...
