Automatically switch the display refresh rate to match the frame rate of the video content when available.

With default mirroring with optimization to an external display, AV receiver or surround sound, the built-in display mode may be changed to 3840x2160@30Hz which is the default mode for external device, results noticeable lag while playing 24fps videos.
