Have DR/EXPO channel order comply with system setting #60

In the DR/EXPO screen, the channel order is fixed at ...

RUD
ELE
THR
AIL

It would be nice if these showed up in the "Rx Channel Ord" order, as specified 
in the RADIO SETUP menu.

As an example, TRAINER screen already works this way.
