Add Doxyfile to generate doxygen write short instuction how to use it. Add link to slack to readme.

I don't know where to store html right now but I think after code is better formatted in doxygen comments we could strore pdf in wiki or even provide pdf with each relase to have some sort of versioning.

Nice. I've got some experience with

• having github actions automatically build the html
• storing it on github.io - webspace associated with the github repo (e.g. this)

I don't have the access rights to see the "Settings" for this repo. Add me to that, and I can set things up
