Hi @machadogj, great plugin!

I was looking into using this plugin and thought I'd share my changes.

Allow a single element in the carousel (Issue: #11 - and I made it isRequired)
Allow the user to specify transitionDelay I didn't need the fixed 200ms
Fixed the handleScrollEnd for when sneak > 0.
