Question for ib text object

Hi. When I press vib, how do I choose quote content instead of tag content? eg:

Currently, the ib textobject chooses which to select by length. However, indeed, this looks unreasonable. I will improve the algorithm.

After a long trip, I finally did. Probably, ib text object overcame the above problem. Please re-open the issue if you found any problem.
