Allow REST-style URI specification without explicitly using the query string #66

In addition to http://host:post/?URI-R=http://foo.com, allow the same endpoint to also handle http://host:port/http://foo.com. This format will imply the default access parameter (interface), and strategy (alSummarization). Further customization will require the original (former) URI query string containing format.
