Even after all images exist, the polling for generated images continues #76

http://matkelly.com is a good example where after the two images in the summarization have been generated, the client continues to execute checkAgainIfImageExists()

This is partially attributed to one of MLN's pages that uses a metarefresh, which prevents phantomjs from creating the image (the earliest memento).
