Options page does not reflect aggregation source

The current interface on the options page shown are not at all tied to the process used -- it is mostly just a placeholder.

Ideally this dropdown/interface will:

• [x] Allow the default aggregator to be specified (current ODUCS instance)
• [x] Reflect the temporary default if an aggregator is inaccessible (as is currently w/ the ODUCS aggregator)
• [x] Specify a custom series of aggregators to be attempted (tied to the current sequential process in the code)
