Options pages setup and facilities but still not tied into the code.
BTW, in case it wasn't clear, this limitation was only because I had not made the code so that it could reliably tell a Memento from a normal request. It relied on the URL prefix, and this approach limited it to UKWA. I was planning to add a tab-scoped lookup hashtable to record which URLs were Mementos and so should not be redirected to the TimeGate, but hadn't finished it. There may well be a cleverer approach that that.
Thanks for the clarification. In the current implementation I do not rely on URL prefixes but instead just HTTP headers.
Allow this to be customizable, particularly to the aggregators and namely to LANL's (see MementoFox as a reference).
