Second URI using obtained timegate does not provide HVDS procedure a useful result #28

After the procedure goes through TEST-4, the rel=timegate URI is used but the subsequent request does not pass "details" to the redirectURL function when the details is attempted to be passed to HVDS procedure. Dies right after START:
