Find and replace Heritrix web interface logo with something customized for WAIL #190

Despite its URI, it looks like this file is located in one of Heritrix's JARs. I was unable to find it. Once found, it ought to be a simple switch. https://localhost:8443/engine/static/img/heritrix-logo.gif
