Memgator on arm64 will not start on Linux #550

WAIL still attempts to use the amd64 binary, which causes Go exceptions. This is replicable using Docker.

There is not a build of memgator for arm64 at https://github.com/oduwsdl/MemGator/releases , so much like w/ macOS and this architecture, it should be built and bundled.
