Support new Garmin devices #19

Garmin has released a few new devices since the last commit here. They aren't radically different from their predecessors, so supporting them should be a matter of this bit of paperwork here.

Thank you for your proposal. I made a lot of change to add all the newest watches and make it work with the latest SDK.

I close your PR because it is no more relevant.
