IF/Then for the kwargs check and button control to turn off (might be unnecessary).

Merged the code from @kess78 (button control) and my IF/THEN solution to one PR. It seems to work for me now in all vice versa possibilities as well (eg. turning off physical and on in HA)

@kess78 Sorry that I didn‘t wrote directly in your PR #8 . I couldn‘t figure out how (new to github PR‘s). Sorry if i messed up both of your repos… 🤦‍♂️
