Add DALI to light.py #6

First mod to add DALI lights. At least to be listed and imported in HA. Then we'll see if they work correctly or if there's something missing... This PR should Fix Issue https://github.com/machgo/fellerwiserhomeassistant/issues/4 Unfortunately i cannot directly test because I don't have DALI Dimmers in my installation, but probably @Villagio88 will report back ;-)

Thank you for your efforts in adding the DALI lights to the integration! I can confirm that the DALI dimmers are now correctly listed and imported into Home Assistant. Everything seems to be working as expected. I’ll continue testing and will report back if I encounter any issues, but so far, it looks great. Thanks again for your hard work!
