Check python version on setup.py #105

Should fix #104 ; this checks for python 3.4, I'm not sure that's the minimal supported version

I'm not sure what's the minimal supperoted version either, but Python 3.4 is out since March 2014, so i don't think is that crazy to ask that as a minimal version.
