Update installation.rst to include dependency in doctopt #9

To include the dependency on doctopt which quepy is using. Also need to include it in dependency list in setup.py.

This was never merged because it was going to the master branch. After this we changed the default branch to develop to avoid to ask people to change thair PRs... Closing now
