I've only downloaded 2 texture packs. No problems with download or install. A little slow but they were relatively large. The home screen is english , so is the menu when u first open it. But the crafting from the menu and the crafting table is all french.

Are you patching against a legitimately obtained copy of Minecraft PE?

I figured it out. It yelled user error. Step away from the tablet. The first txtur pk i used is in french and I didn't reinstall mcpe b4 I changed it so the others were too... thank jebus pt is simple.
