Make the driver consumable to minishift #2

Minishift is similar use case like minikube. It would be cool to those folks who are both minishift users and vmware fusion/workstation users. Similar to #1

@anfernee I was planning on taking this up, could you please outline what changes are needed to make it work with minishift?
