Updated duet3 config with adaptation of the latest safety checks to work with duet 3

Whoop--I let this one dangle for a bit. Thanks for porting ProbiusSC's work over to the Duet3 side. Hopefully, this'll be a better starting point for folks.

Whoop--it looks like your resume.g had the contents of pause.g for the Duet2 files. I've fixed it in the latest version of this branch. But if you're using a Duet2, you may have to fix that locally.
