Adding a wire tunnel on the right motor spacer will let you tuck in the wires such that they feed directly into the electronics plate.
There are some good examples of this already. Here's one from @guildner
Ideally this tunnel should be big enough that you can replace the switch + wire harness + connector without having to disassemble the motor. (Note that Duet3 Limit Switch connectors use larger, 5-pin kk connectors instead of the 3-pin ones that the Duet2 uses.)
If designing a tunnel to fit this connector is impractical, tt would probably design one just for the wires and have the builder pull the crimp pins out of the connector to do a replacement.
