Add E3d thermistor, PanelDue to config.g of Duet 2 RRF3 #176

Added commented options to allow for easy use of standard E3d thermistors in config.g so new configs won't have to find the values manually.

Added commented option for enabling the PanelDue connector, as the required line is not called out very obviously in the Duet docs for connecting a PanelDue.
