adding Tool_Dowel_Fixtures #191

Tool to help press the tool dowel pins easier and more straight. When using this helping tool, you need to make sure it fully contacts the surface of the "parking_post_base" An arbor press is still recommended.

A mention in the assembly instructions could be handy

Nice! Thanks for changing the folder link and exporting all the versions we use so far.

Might have to ping ya if we make other tool sizes as I don't have adequate fusion skills to keep up.
