Pipette dispense/aspirate rate in uL/time #161

Feature request details

Currently the OT2 pipette tool dispense rate is in mm/minute. It would be more useful to have control in units of uL/seconds or minutes. This would do the conversion within the pipette driver code, instead of making the user do it themselves.
