Aninformation for posterity commit, to ensure the info required to create a sitemap.xml for the site is documented

See in addition to config.xml

Not really required now, as @mhaberler has scripted it into the website rendering process.

I'll just keep it locally, or it will cause confusion for future maintainers. (or the current ones even!)
