Get rid of google CSE and do search that works. #291

Google has seamlessly removed a directory level from the path to their search engine, rendering our searches that use it useless.

Hopefully will restore.

That still does not work, think I will implement the same search as I did for the Forum search and bypass the cse altogether.

Don't merge, I will amend and check result in a bit.

That works. A search will produce a page showing the website docs hits and another showing the forum hits. Both from a single text box which cuts down clutter.
