What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You can now look at all the files on the nook including
system files.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just connect with adb connect to your computer and then run
android commander.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android commander 0.7.7                     On windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

Are you posting this just as information?  I don't think is is a bug.  Also, 
FWIW 
you have been able to use Android Commander to do this going back a few 
versions.
