feature request: WifiLocker disable Cell radio button #99

I've been having some battery life issues and though it would be convenient to 
disable the cell radio.

It seemed to me that the wifiLocker app was an appropriate place for this 
feature, so I added the function. Attached is a diff showing the changes.
