Description

does not compile on vanilla Ubuntu 22.04, std::swap of mutex not supported
some compilation warnings on Ubuntu 22.04

How I Tested

Did the following on both 20.04 and 22.04

Ran the unit tests
Ran pam_mujoco (software that relies heavily on the shared memory)

I fulfilled the following requirements

[x] All new code is formatted according to our style guide (for C++ run clang-format, for Python, run flake8 and fix all warnings).
[x] All new functions/classes are documented and existing documentation is updated according to changes.
[x] No commented code from testing/debugging is kept (unless there is a good reason to keep it).

On my side I will be busy fixing our bamboo CI, which is also broken ....
