Bug: Adaptive missing in TMS integrations

• We don't consistently include adaptive: true, e.g. for ModernMT in memoQ.
• Even where we do include it, we don't display it, e.g. for SYSTRAN in memoQ.

We should display it just like we do for fine-tuning and glossary.
