After chatting with the ibis team a bit at scipy about challenges running code in mkdocs, I took a crack at porting the ibis API reference to quarto. This epic issue is for tracking outstanding pieces let for porting the reference, along with some other critical parts of their doc site (e.g. the backends pages).
