Describe the bug google 搜索第一条结果会重叠，一般会重叠一条 youtube 结果还带有 logo 使用的插件：如图 image image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to url: 'google.com'
  2. Search '任何内容'

Expected behavior 希望搜索结果干净有序，但实际上第一行样式错乱
