What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  in dongle conf file could possible setup 500 min daily ? 
2.   our gsm provider  only 500 min limit per simcard so is it possible in 
dongle.conf file ? 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

need to solution for minutes in dongle.conf file 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is not chan_dongle issue. It can be done using dialplan funcion like 
AbsoluteTimeout. Check it here:
