Wrong revision number #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download from SVN the latest version ("Checked out revision 28.") 
2. Compile and install conform documentation.
3. dongle show version

What do you see instead?
chan_dongle: Huawei 3G Dongle Channel Driver, Version 1.1, Revision 15

currently SVC revision not a same as sofware revision, see configure.in for 
more details
