Sms to short number Ie: 4444 #162

Hi there I am using 

 Asterisk 1.8.21.0
chan_dongle: Huawei 3G Dongle Channel Driver, Version 1.1, Revision 35
Ubuntu 12
I did update the pdu.c and compile it from this post to receive USSD reply 

After updating this patch i am start to getting incoming msg

However I have biggest problem I can not send SMS to short number please some 
one help me  what do I have to do which way to do it

its one of reasons why i lazy to add patched to sources :)
