consult #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.-i installed chan dongle all is working but when i send sms from cli where i 
should view the incoming message?

2.- where is located the sip.conf  i search in etc/asterisk i is not there

a comment i make 4G hilink e303 works only need to change firmware and change 
to 2G frecuency. if want more information i can send more info.

1. can view in core verbose output, in dialplan @sms exten, in manager event
2. its question to your asterisk installation and not refer to chan_dongle at 
all

2.-ok, about asterisk it is Asterisk 11.12.0 with freepbx 2.11 so i dont find 
sip.conf it seems all has to be done in freepbx, it is dificult to find correct 
path to set dialplan etc...

also in dongle.conf i let context=default
