STLab Hub with 48 modems Huawei k3520 in conference

I want to set up a conference platform for a hundred church members.We want to 
test drive with a thirty two user installation.

1 Where can I get a 48 modem hub such as what you have on your wiki site 
http://wiki.e1550.mobi/doku.php?id=installed_gateways.

2 Is that a real installation? If so can it actually handle all the calls 
coming in silmutaeneously as in a conference without interference?

3 Can you please show me steps that was taken for such an installation and a 
sample dialplan.
