support for queue listing #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dongle show queue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a listing... but I see it's not supported ! :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
revision 25, asterisk 10

Please provide any additional information below.
Would be nice to see a queue of actions like if I send 100 messages, I'd like 
to see the queue ( number/date added to queue/message maybe?/dongle/other info? 
)

Let's say I use the manager to send 50 messages in 1 second, I wanna see what 
messages are still in the queue ( to be sent ).

Its simple with use AMI and DongleSMSStatus?
chan_dongle report result of SMS sending or not?
