Problem with IMEI on Huawei E173 #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Modem can' t be connected to Asterisk via IMEI or IMSI
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux, Asterisk 1.8.

Please provide any additional information below.

Modems can be connected only via USB ports (audio= /dev/ttyUSB1 and bla bla bla)
system show all done and all connected.
when i'm trying this modem to connect via IMEI number - status - not connected.
K 3505 from Vodafone working good.

again  - use mode switch and got your E173 for 12d1:1001
