Display HD size for each drive/partition. #10

At some point we should look into displaying free HD size for each
partition and/or drive separately. Right now we are displaying the total
free space on all drives. It's fine when you have a single drive with one
partition. I have 2 drives and 6 partitions so it's not all that
informative for me. 

It's nice to know the total, but breakdown should also be displayed.

Following issues should be addressed:

  # detect the number of partitions on the system
  # automatically adjust UI to fit all of them
  # track each partition separately
  # displaying total free size should be optional
  # users should be able to switch between the by-partition, by-partition +
total, total only and no HD tracking modes 
  # last option would be the default one one for Windows 2000 users
