Free HD tracking on Windows 2000 #11

There should be some sort of workaround for Windows 2000 users. There
should be a way to poll this info, even if it is not available as system
performance counter.

Not sure how to solve it yet, but it is still and issue, and we should keep
it in mind.

I'm thinking whether or not there is even a reason to do this now. 2k will be
end-of-life'd soon and Windows 7 will probably be out not long from now since 
Vista
totally blows.

I'm gonna mark it as Wont-Fix unless someone has a solution. If you figure out 
how to
do it I will gladly accept it into the project. Otherwise, meh...
