Vista Testing #12

At some point down the road we should consider testing this software in Vista. 

  * do the performance counters we use exist in Vista?
  * are they accessible with the new security model?
  * does it even run on that system?

I do not own Vista, and I don't plan on getting it any time soon.
Volunteers would be greatly appreciated.
