enable configuration to allow user to set threshold for CPU Usage (makes 
the text turn from blue to red at (x) percent)

I will try to knock it into next release. Will have to resize the control 
panel, and
move stuff around to make space for the Min and Max values.

I also want to allow users to set colors for the High and Low CPU states. As it 
is
right now I have them configured to red and blue, but if you are using red or 
blue
text or background it will blend in. Also, some people may want green for the 
low
state. So this is coming in the next release.

This feature will be available in release 0.2.5. It is currently available in 
the
[http://perfmong.googlecode.com/svn/branches/release_0.2.5_candidate/
0.2.5_candidate0 in svn branch.
