New Patch for PerfMonG

Changes: 

Added more to the ResetLocation() method (also renamed it to ResetConfig())
Removed the Save Changes button 
I also found that the bottom row of text (SWAP, PROCS,FREEHD) was not 
changing text color values, so i fixed that too. 

I made this patch, hope it works it was my first time creating one!

Applied the patch, tested it and uploaded into repository. Will upload an
