Update dependencies, use syn 2.0 #74

Manually rewrote what bae generated, since it hasn't updated to syn 2.0.

@maciejhirsz any chance this could be reviewed/merged? I don't think bae is ever being updated to syn 2.0, so this is really the only way forward.

Went ahead and updated to pulldown-cmark 0.12 and cleaned up a couple things.

@maciejhirsz are you doing okay? Starting to worry.
